    THERAPEUTIC FRAMEWORK

Regular and continuous attendance is important in therapy as this provides reliability and structure to the whole process. I make a commitment to provide a regular time each week that I will hold and keep for you until the therapy concludes.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late your session will still end at the appointed time and the full fee payable.

Each session is 60 mins and is £100.00 payable before the session on line with my bank details which I will send separately.

The full fee will be charged for sessions if less than 5 days notice is given. Missed sessions for whatever reason will be charged at the normal rate.

What is discussed in our sessions is confidential with the following exceptions:

1)I may contact your GP or another practitioner in the Health Police or Social Services if I have reason to believe that there is a threat to your physical safety or other people or including me. I will seek to consult with you prior to
    involving others.

    2) My own supervisor. It is well known that things can sometimes feel worse in therapy before they get better and it can from time to time be hard to see this or feel this or any progress. Please remember that this is often the healing that you are feeling. Difficult patches can lead to breakthrough moments in therapy. Trusting the process at this stage can lead to significant change.

All therapy comes to an end. Endings in therapy are significant and in general this will be mutually decided. I will recommend a time period to work with you towards our ending for a successful and healthy ending with you.

Agreeing to an appointment is to accept the terms of the contract, and therefore I urge you to note and consider its contents. If you have any questions relating to the agreement, we can discuss them in our first meeting.

I VERY MUCH LOOK FORWARD TO HOLDING A PRIVATE SPACE WITH YOU.
